Training Session with Drh. Angga : How to Provide the Best Service

Last Monday on 17th February 2025, ACJ held a Coaching Clinic with Drh. Anggara on Service Excellence.

This training was attended by the Doctor Team, Paramedics, and Kennel Boys. The material covered how to identify the causes of client dissatisfaction, how appearance influences client perceptions of the clinic, the art of effective communication, and how to have good interactions between the ACJ team and patients, with the goal of providing the best service for ACJ clients.

Pada hari Senin kemarin di tanggal 17 Februari 2025, ACJ mengadakan Coaching Clinic bersama drh. Anggara mengenai Service Excellence.

Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh TeamWork Dokter, Paramedis dan Kennel Boy. Dalam materi ini dijelaskan bagaimana kita mencari tau apa penyebab ketidakpuasan klien, bagaimana penampilan mempengaruhi penilaian klien terhadap klinik, seni berkomunikasi yang baik dan benar serta bagaimana interaksi yang baik antara tim ACJ dengan pasien dengan tujuan memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi klien ACJ
